A Distinct Identity

At Black Education Matters INC. ( BEM INC ), our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Our nonprofit organization recognizes the power in our community. Black Education Matters INC, through a holistic approach, seeks to mitigate the effects of systemic racism and lessen the achievement gap between black and white children. By working together, we can overcome challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Black Education Matters INC.
